Yoga is an ancient practice with roots over 5,000 years old.  Throughout history, yogis have recognized that the true value of yoga exists in the journey and exploration of the Self. 

The word "yoga" means "union." We practice yoga to rediscover our inner roots, or to feel grounded and unified in the mind, body, and spirit.  By cultivating an integrated wholeness within, we begin to dissolve the boundaries that separate us from deep, meaningful healing and heart-centered awakening.  When we are in harmony with ourselves, we are in harmony with the entire universe.


It is my top priority to ensure that my yoga students feel safe to experience the rich, transformative nature of yoga.  In each practice, we strive to mindfully, compassionately, and gently meet and embrace ourselves exactly where we are.  Love, peace, and self-acceptance always grow best in a safe, supportive, and ego-free environment. 

Whether brand new to the yoga practice or a seasoned yogi, I look forward to connecting with you on your yogic journey.

Stephanie Jones is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and co-director of Moonbeam Yoga Teacher Training (a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School).
